Returns & Replacements
If you have completed our Ring Match process, you may exchange the ring within a 100-day period for another ring or receive store credit.
We also offer a 30-day return policy for a full refund. We will pay for return shipping back to us provided that the item is returned in new condition with all original documentation and collateral included. Only one item can be returned or exchanged per customer.
All returned merchandise must be in new, unworn condition with:
Jewelry without signs of sizing, tampering or damage.
Original certificate of authenticity.
All free accessories including (but not limited to) the jewelry box, presentation box and presentation box protector, jewelry cleaner, GIA certification card and any other free items returned in reusable condition. Damaged items will be subject to a replacement fee.
We do not refund expedited shipping or grading card costs. Jewelry showing signs of wear and tear, or those that have been engraved, altered, resized or damaged in any way, cannot be accepted for return.
We recommend having your diamond ring cleaned and inspected every year or if it undergoes any potential trauma. Inspections may help prevent the loss of a stone and extend the life of your jewelry. This cleaning and inspection service is free of charge to Isabel Bond customers. The customer only pays for shipping, and Isabel Bond pays for return shipping.
We want you to be confident with your Isabel Bond purchase, so we stand behind the quality of all our pieces with a lifetime warranty! We offer a lifetime warranty on any manufacturing defects. If you have damage to your ring as a result of manufacturing contact us immediately for an evaluation of your piece. We will cover the cost of shipping. Once your piece is examined by one of our expert jewelers we will inform you if the damage is warrantied. If the issue is covered under the warranty, Isabel Bond will repair the damage or replace the item without charge. We will also cover return shipping back to you.
We do not provide warranties for damage due to normal wear, product loss, loss of stones or theft. Some examples of common jewelry issues that would not be considered manufacturing defects include: Discoloration due to exposure to chemicals, make-up, swimming pools, hot tubs or bathing. Precious metals, and especially prongs, wear down over time and may require restoration work as part of normal wear. Bent, caught or worn out prongs allowing a stone to fall out or be lost due to normal wear or other damage. Lost stone or a stone has fallen out due to chipping or breaking caused by normal wear or other damage.
To cover your rings completely from damages that are not covered through our in-house lifetime warranty (including stolen or lost items) we suggest you look into a separate homeowner’s floater or contact Jewelers Mutual Insurance Company.
